Packaging scales are precision weighing machines for packaging raw material, powder feed or pellet feed in 10-25 or 50 kg bags. It is manufactured with load cell unit and electronically controlled. It has screw or belt feeding systems depending on the raw material properties. It consists of 3 main parts: Double-speed belt feeder system Electro-pneumatic controlled fast and precise weighing Electro-pneumatic controlled instant shear valve Features: Weighing pan with load-cell unit, electro-pneumatic control and double discharge cover Easily opened service and maintenance cover Electro -Pneumatic controlled sack squeezing mouth and shoes Specially designed (PLC) electronic control unit and panel with 50 kg feed sack and sensitivity up to + - 50 grams per sack Optional single-weighing or double-weighing regulation system
